This includes; Luxury Homes, FHA Appraisals, Manufactured Homes, Condominiums, New Construction, Condo/Hotels, Small Income Residential, Vacant Land, Construction Inspections, Final Inspections, and Compliance Reporting. Most major lenders have equity Appraisers and Timm Delehanty is a State Certified General Appraiser and an SRA, in good standing with the Appraisal Institute.

The borrower is contacted within 24 hours of when your order is received, and an appointment is made as soon as possible. Our staff is trained to be professional and courteous with your clients and we try to provide the best and most accurate service. A fee schedule can be faxed or emailed to you.
