We specialize in appraisals for estate purposes. When you need a report completed “as of” a specific date be sure to pas s this information on to us when ordering.
All information reported is of course kept confidential. We can accept Visa or MasterCard from your client. When ordering please note a due date on the request and we will accommodate any reasonable request. Appraisals for divorce proceedings; Our fee includes a full report and inspection of the subject property and we will also review and analyze the oppositions appraisal for an additional fee. Court appearances are also an additional fee and must be paid in advance.
